help

went to ust today.

hahaha. passed the interview in nursing. gee, i cant believe they believed my lies. lies about being a close family (i.e. i can tell my family anything, no secrets), attending church at least once a month...blah blah blah...at least i didnt lie about contributing something to the community, esp. my barangay. i just told them honestly that i dont throw my trash on the streets. yep, that's my community service--not littering.

though one question bothered me. which would i prefer to see, feces or a broken bone. ah...broken bone? they just nodded. and inside my brain i was like what the heck did i get myself into. i realized i dont like to see both.

im pathetic.

hahaha. sa 26 pa malalaman kung pasa ako sa PT.

confirmation sa nursing april 2 and 3.

hahaha. 1 more week to decide what course to take.

bloody life.

yes, i agree with you, pat, parents, especially fathers are nuisances. i was 90% sure na i will choose PT. i told him that. and do you know what the dude said? actually, 'twas lectured. he gave this long monologue about they (my parents) being old and they cant be there for us forever. and if you want to go to college just for the sake of a degree and not a good job, then dont go to college at all. and remember, you cant rely on your husband to feed you even if he's rich, he might be a mama's boy and you might not be in good terms with your mother-in-law.

um...what does those have to do with me wanting PT?

and then he continues about knowing someone (he claims to always know someone, i think he knows the whole world) whose daughter took PT and cant get a job after she graduated.

but then i replied, some people i know (this is true and i am not following his style) informed me that PT is in demand in some parts of US.

Popsy: yes, but you need to get a masters degree.
me: yes, i already know that (he already mentioned it a lot of times). what's 7 years if i really like PT?
Popsy: there's a big difference between 7 years (2 years masters kasi required yun if you want to work abroad) and 4 years in nursing. and remember, we will not be always there for you. im 50 now. you want me to work until im 57?
me (did not answer since he's not really working. it's more like ordering people around. our shop is not earning any money after all. and we still have to pay the workers because they are working. working about stupid things like painting the house and installing lights that we dont need)

crap, now i feel guilty. im a bad daughter.

Popsy continues: it's a lot better if you graduate early and work early. you'll save more and can retire young. and he goes back to his first lecture...

yes, i know, he just wants the best for me. but i feel so confuse and stress out. i dont want the day to come that i will be very poor and my nursing sister would be very rich. and then my father will always give the the i-told-you-so look and speech for the rest of my pathetic life. huhu

and then a while ago i learned na maraming bumagsak sa PT. so magiging irregular sila and will need to study one more year. 6 years na sila. ang dami raw talaga bumagsak, esp sa anatomy and physiology. yun anatomy nila concerning the cadavers na. yes, they already made hiwa-hiwa with the dead body. haha. huhu.

i dont have the heart to slice a frog. what more a cat? a shark? a freaking corpse?

and yun mga prof sa PT in UST, nagbabagsak daw talaga. pero yun nursing, nagpapasa sila. pag 74 ginagawang 75. tsaka mukhang mas madali yun nursing kasi wala ng corpse. haha.

haha. huhu. hahaha. huhuhu.

now, im really confuse.

to PT or to nursing. that is the question.

please help this pathetic and mix up girl.

meanwhile, im going to drown myself with books. there's a part in the kite runner that i find very disturbing. oh well.
